High M+, mostly been raiding in guilds doing the raid 70-80% of the way

Why did you leave them?:
Trying to find a guild that matches my skill parity, been playing mostly to get the required Raid gear to play M+ but i feel like i wanna go a bit harder on raiding now that im not gaming M+ as much.

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?:
Seems to be a very skilled guild with not an absolutley immense timerequirement.

What can you bring to the team?:
Positive attitude, i take my own responseabilities very seriously and some fun stuff like video editing and picture for morale.

Availability(How often are you available, etc.):
Mostly every day as you normal young adult just not super late as i would like to be able to perform at work too.
