    History of Previous Guilds:
I am currently raiding with Voljin & Tonic as I returned to the game in TWW, but previously played in Violent Circus both pre and post raiding freeze after killing the restless cabal in crucible of storms. During the freeze, I raided in TEP and Nyalotha with two different guilds; one hardcore (day-raiding) which soon crumbled due to leadership issues, and one semi-hardcore guild during Nyalotha. Over the years, I’ve realised that there’s nothing quite like VC and you can never stay away for too long. Prior to my time with VC, I had ran my own guild and raid-led quite a few pug raids on a casual basis.

Why did you leave them?: I left Violent Circus and took a break from WoW due to personal circumstances that meant I could no longer spend the time I needed as healing officer or as a raider within the team. Upon returning to WoW in TWW, I decided that it would be best to get bedded back in with the game as I felt I was quite rusty however the transition back has been like riding a bike – you never quite forget the fundamentals.

How did you find out about Violent Circus?: I am a former officer from Violent Circus and was part of the reform after the decision was made to freeze the guild after crucible of storms & wow classic.

Why do you think this guild is fit for you and what are your expectations from us?: The community is second to none, I still recognise many of the names in the team and I have missed playing with everyone. I want to attribute value to a team that is going to embrace what I can bring to the table and be greater than the sum of our independent parts.

What can you bring to the team?: My ability to commit time to the game was the reason behind me leaving during Sepulcher and since then, I have returned – raided for two tiers – and it has become apparent that I have more than enough time to play the game like I once did in Violent Circus. I bring quick thinking, ability to analyse and deep-dive logs, a fundamental understanding of how the game works on a mechanical level, especially from a healer’s perspective.

I am applying as an open healer role, but particularly interested in either discipline priest or preservation evoker – two classes that interest me and I have played casually before, but enough to understand the concept of how the classes play and their role within a raid. holy paladin is fairly mediocre and whilst I have played holy paladin for nearly 10 years, it is in a state where other healers bring more than a 2nd holy paladin and it hasn’t got a niche that another healer cannot fulfil.

Availability(How often are you available, etc.): I available 7 days a week if needed, I have a lot of time particularly in the evenings to dedicate to the game and guild.

Anything else you would like to add?:

I am ready to commit the same level of time and work to my new character as I did with my paladin which I believe I managed to play quite well within Violent Circus. I actively engaged privately with some streamers, used tools like QELive before it was a mainstream tool, dug through logs after every raid to make sure I was consistently improving week-on-week. Being the healing officer in the guild was no easy task but I believe I engaged well with the other healers in the team, reached out for feedback when necessary and was vocal when needed to call out things whilst adapting to boss fights and making subtle changes here and there to make sure we killed the bosses and didn’t waste other raiders’ time.

I appreciate my logs from this tier aren’t particularly great, although I haven’t been particularly motivated in my current environment to minmax healing logs or parses and instead have focused on using slightly different talents or playstyles to help fill in the gaps in healing that we are missing to ensure we kill bosses quicker.
